General Terms:
Surf and Turf Hunting reserves the right to update the rules when necessary. The updated version will be published on https://www.surfandturfhunting.com/ with immediate effect. If you refuse to accept the policy, you are deemed to have waived the use of the services provided by Surf and Turf Hunting immediately. All buyers are deemed to accept the rules by using the services provided by Surf and Turf Hunting. The Surf and Turf Hunting policy shall prevail.
Buyers should file a return and refund request within 25 days of the delivery date for after-sales issues. If the request exceeds this period, Surf and Turf Hunting reserves the right not to provide any after-sales service.
Before an order is shipped out, the buyer may cancel the order by contacting Surf and Turf Hunting via https://www.surfandturfhunting.com/contact-us.
If Surf and Turf Hunting cannot fulfill the order due to a lack of stock or other conditions, the company reserves the right to cancel and refund the order.
If goods arrive damaged or broken and the buyer applies for a refund with compelling evidence, Surf and Turf Hunting will provide a prepaid return label within 3 business days. A refund will be issued once the return is confirmed as “in transit” by the logistics carrier.
Surf and Turf Hunting does not accept after-sale requests for "non-defective remorse returns," but may choose to accept or reject the request. If accepted, a restocking and repacking fee not exceeding 35% of the total order price will apply.
Surf and Turf Hunting does not offer warranties or warranty services.
Refunds and redeliveries must be processed within 3 and 5 business days, respectively, after approval.
The buyer must provide compelling evidence for after-sales requests. Failure to provide such evidence within the return policy timeframe allows Surf and Turf Hunting to reject the request.
Surf and Turf Hunting determines whether evidence is compelling.
Shipping Territory Notice:
Surf and Turf Hunting currently only ships to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, or any other overseas U.S. territories. Orders placed outside of our approved shipping areas will be canceled and refunded.
Note: Due to these shipping limitations, Surf and Turf Hunting does not support international shipping or disputes related to shipments outside our defined territory.
Refund and Return Timelines:
For Unshipped Orders:
If a refund request is made after the stated processing time, Surf and Turf Hunting will approve and process the refund.
If the refund request is made within the processing time, Surf and Turf Hunting has 3 business days to respond. If no action is taken within 3 business days, the order will be refunded automatically.
For Shipped Orders:
Surf and Turf Hunting will process refund or return requests within 10 business days.
If no action is taken within this period, the order will be refunded automatically.
Shipping Conditions and Clauses:
Goods Returned in Transit:
If a package is returned during transit and the buyer requests a refund, Surf and Turf Hunting will issue the refund within 3 business days of the request.
If the buyer requests redelivery instead, Surf and Turf Hunting will initiate redelivery within 5 business days.
Goods Destroyed in Transit:
If proof from the carrier (e.g., screenshot of tracking site showing destruction) is provided, Surf and Turf Hunting will process a refund within 3 business days or initiate redelivery within 5 business days.
Buyer must submit:
Photo/video evidence of damage
Screenshot of buyer's complaint
Product return if required by the Dispute Team
Orders Delayed:
U.S. orders in transit for over 45 days are eligible for dispute.
Orders using Surf and Turf Hunting Packet Liquid Line are eligible after 100 days.
Orders Not Received:
If tracking shows delivery but the buyer claims non-receipt, a non-delivery certificate from the post office is required.
Alerts in tracking must show valid reasons, including incorrect address, refusal, or customs issues.
Damaged Products:
Full refunds for severely damaged items.
Partial refunds for minor defects (e.g., wrinkles or scratches).
Incorrect or Missing Products:
Full refund or reshipment for incorrect items.
Partial refund/reshipment for minor issues not affecting function.
For accessory shortages, only the missing accessories will be sent.
For measurement issues, buyers must submit photos showing proper measurement.
Wrong Receipt Information:
Buyers are responsible for errors. If the product is returned in good condition, a refund or redelivery (at buyer’s expense) will be processed.
If correction is not possible, the buyer bears the loss.
Defective Products:
Valid proof must be submitted within 3 business days.
Refunds or redelivery will be processed accordingly.
If the return is required, Surf and Turf Hunting will provide a prepaid return label.
Service Products:
No refunds for damage or delays.
Refunds only for pre-inspected items.
Surf and Turf Hunting does not guarantee disputes for uninspected items.
Logistics Issues:
Invalid tracking: Refund if not corrected within 4 business days.
No tracking updates for 7+ business days: Refund within 3 days of request.
Shipping delays exceeding 10 days: Refund within 3 days.
Other Conditions:
Buyers must use the Contact Us page for support during holidays, emergencies, or delays.
Surf and Turf Hunting will respond to these requests within 14 days.
Return Policy:
Surf and Turf Hunting does not support international returns. All returns must be coordinated domestically within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not support or authorize returns to international warehouses or suppliers. Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
Buyers must contact Surf and Turf Hunting before attempting to return a product. Approved returns must be initiated within 10 days of product receipt.
Order Cancellations:
Full refund is allowed before warehouse processing.
Customized (POD), preorder inventory, and media (photo/video) orders cannot be canceled after payment.
Dispute Policy:
Disputes must be filed while the order is active.
Untraceable third-party tracking will not be accepted.
Unacceptable Disputes Include:
Buyer does not like the product.
Product matches description but is undesired.
Wrong size/color ordered by buyer.
Shipping delays or errors due to buyer-provided address.
Issues previously agreed upon or acknowledged.
Tracking deleted by local post or customs-related issues.
Attention:
If the buyer is unsatisfied with the solution provided, they are responsible for opening a formal dispute with Surf and Turf Hunting for further review.
